Cranberry Fizz
1 qt canned cranberry juice
¾ cup sugar
1 pint grapefruit juice
1 quart ginger ale
Bring cranberry juice + sugar to
to boiling point. Add grapefruit
juice + chill in refrigerator. Add
ginger ale + pour over ice cubes
in tall glasses. Serces 10.
Chocolate Glacé
1 qt. chilled milk, 4 tbsp. thick choc.
syrup, ½ tsp. vanilla, fresh mint leaves
Beat together milk, chocolate
syrup + vanilla. Pour over ice
cubes in which fresh mint leaves
have been frozen, or whipped cream
flavour delicately with oil of
peppermint. Serves 4
