Pumpkin Pie.
¾ cup brown sugar
½ tsp. salt
½ tsp. cinnamon
½ tsp. ginger
¼ tsp. cloves
¼ tsp. nutmeg
1 ½ cups canned or cooked drained pumpkin
1 cup evaporated milk
½ cup water
2 beatin [beaten] eggs
2 tbsp. molasses
Blend sugar, salt & spices,
combine with pumpkin, add
remaining ingredients & mix
until smooth. Pour into a
pastry lined 9 inch pie pan
& bake in a hot oven 400° F.
for about 40 mins. or until firm.
