Quantities for Serving 50.

Grand Ham Loaf: 3 lbs ham ground, 3 lbs ground veal, 3 lbs ground pork 3 cups quick cooking oats, 3 eggs 1 1/2 cups milk. This is excellent served cold & slices well without breaking when warm. Served with horeradish sauce it is especially good.

Scalloped Oysters: 6 qts. oysters, 1 1/2 qts oyster liquid, 3/4 cups milk 2 qts. buttered crumbs, salt & pepper.

Waldorf Salad: 4 qts. apples, 2 qts. celery, 2 cups nutmeats, 1 qt. salad dressing.

Chicken Salad: 5 qts. cooked chicken 3 qts. celery, 1 cup French dressing & 1 cup mayonnaise dressing.

Cabbage Salad: 5 lbs. cabbage, 10 tbsp. pimento, 10 tbsp green pepper or mixed pickle; dressing.

Macaroni and Cheese: 5 lbs. macaroni 1/2 cup salt, 2 qts medium sauce 1 cup cheese.

Corn Pudding: 6 No. 2 cans corn 3 qts. milk, 2 tbsp. salt, 5 tbsp. sugar, 12 eggs beaten separately 3 qts. bread crumbs, 3/4 cup butter 1/2 tsp. pepper.

Scalloped Potatoes: 6 qts. sliced potatoes, 2 qts. milk, 1/2 cup flour 1 1/2 cups butter, 3 tbsp salt

Potatoes: 1 peck, 1 qt. milk, 1 cup butter, 3 tbsp salt will be needed for mashed potatoes

Meat, 1/2 pound, per serving

Coffee, 5 cups ground coffee, 2 gallons of water.

Tea, 3/4 cup tea

Rolls, 1 1/2 rolls per person
