Muffins
2 eggs 1 tablespoon butter 3 cups of flour 2 teaspoons
cream tartar 1⅔ cups sweet milk 1 teaspoon soda
3 tablespoons sugar. Mix Cr. T. [cream of tartar] dry in flour

Graham or Indian Muffins
1 cup sweet milk 2 cups Graham or Indian meal
1½ cups flour - 2 great spoons molasses or sugar
½ teaspoon soda

Pop overs
2 eggs ½ cup sweet milk ½ cup flour heaped
Butter size of egg. Heat irons hot. Put in
[both?] quickly

of sugar. 1 spoonful of cream or small
piece of butter. 2 teaspoonfuls of
