Resolved that the several Inspectors of the publick warehouses in this colony do after advertizing the same in the publick papers [inserted above: at the warehouses] and at the courthouse, of their respective counties [inserted above: sometime before the last of August next] make sale of all Transfer & other Tobacco which may have laid one year in their respective warehouses for ready money at the said warehouses or the courthouse of their county, & pay the money arising from suhc sale [struck: to the Treasurer] as the Law directs.

Resolve that the Chairman of the Committees of the several Counties do without Delay, procure all the Saltpeter and sulphur which may be had, and that the same be paid for by the Public and it is earnestly recommended to all persons in in this Colony to be [illegible] in procuring those necefsary articles and chearfully to deliver up to the said chairman, what they may have in their families, except somuch as may be necefsary for medicinal purposes.
