Resolve that the Chairman of the
Committees of the several Counties do without Delay, procure all
the Saltpeter and sulphur which
may be had, and that the same be paid for
by the Public and it is
earnestly recommended to all persons in
in this Colony to be [illegible] in procuring
those necefsary articles and chearfully to
deliver up to the said chairman, what
they may have in their families, except
somuch as may be necefsary for
medicinal purposes.
