In Richmond Hustings Court June 11th 1857.
On the petition of Claiborne Moseley,
Thomas Mallory, Emeline Brown and Elizabeth Hopes
free persons of color emancipated since the year 1806,
who desire to obtain permission to remain in this
Commonwealth and reside in this City; it is ordered
that the justices of this Court be summoned to attend
here on Friday the 17th July 1857 to hear and decide
on said application.
