In Richmond Hurstings Court February 11th 1858
On the application of Charles Reese
a free man of Color emancipated since the year
1806, who desires to obtain permission to remain
in this Commonwealth and reside in this City, it is
Ordered that the Justices of this Court be summoned
to appear here on the fourth day of the next
term to hear and decide on said application.
