I Sally Dailey of the City of Richmond having some time
past purchased of John Moncock of Charles City County
a Negroe man by the name of Justice Minns, and the
said Justice having paid the money which I gave for him,
upn which conditions he was to enjoy his freedom; therefore,
I do hereby emancipate and set free the said
Justice Minns relinquishing for myself, my Heirs, Executors
and Admininstrators, all my right, title, Interest and
claim to him the said Justice, or to any Estate which
he may hereafter acquire. in testimony whereof
I have hereunto set my hand and seal this seventeenth
day of May One Thousand eight hundred and fifteen.
