Conference meeting holden at Bookers Meeting House the Saturday before the 4th Sunday in Marh 1837 after divine worship focused to the business of the church and not having any thing before us which we thought necessary to record, were dismissed in love and friendship B.Farmer, Ck A Conference meeting holden at Tar Wallet Meeting House the Saturday before the first Sunday in May 1837 after divine worship, the Church convened to set in order, things necessary for the well being of the Church, the members present having nothing before them suitable today before the church, we only had to appoint our messengers to the call association to be held at Salem Buckingham County to commence on Wednesday before the 3rd Sunday in this month we nominated Bretheren Elder Joseph Jenkins, Jos Woodson, and Wm Philips to attend the call &. we were then dismissed. At a conference Meeting holden at Tarwallet Meeting House the Saturday before the first Sunday in July 1837 after divine worship, the Church convened to consult the affairs of the Church, we first proceed to appoint four delegates to the next association (to be holden with the Jerusalem Church at [Pricees] Meeting House to commence the Saturday before the fourth Sunday in this month July) delegates, Elder Joseph Jenkins, Joseph R. Woodson and Jesse [Cridle] also we appoint a committee to deal with Fanny Russel for misbehavior to wit Joseph R. Woodson and Joseph Palmore, and report to Church & dismissd by prayer B.
