Dear Sir

To dig your lot
over again and remove all stones
over 2-3 inches in diameter, and put
sodding in good order will cost ^$115.00

I have talked with the foreman
who was present while the work
was done and he told me that
all stones were picked out of all
the materials filled in, as I watched,
and that probably there are few
stones left in the back of the lot
as that is part of the adjoining lot
and was not filled in.

I will keep account of the work by
the day, and will charge you in
that way if it comes to less than
the price I named.
