Dear Sir
Your note is received
The work for which bill [rendered?]
was sent was ordered in your
letter of June 27th - 1886. by
which you request that "a huge
hole under the headstone" be
filled. Our examination
showed that the headstone
was plumb and the found-
-ation intact but that the
grave had sunken at the
[head?]. This was filled the
workmen and 1/2 load of loam
8 sods - and this with the
labor (1/4 day) and the watering
afterwards made up the
amount charged
Very respectfully
