Title of George W. Brimmer to the
Sweet Auburn Estate.

Moses Stone owned the estate more than twenty years
before his death prior to 1803.

His Estate was settled by Aaron Learned as Admr.
Admn Bond dated

Moses Stone's farm at Sweet Auburn was divided as follows:
3 lots were set off to the Widow as dower, and the residue
assigned to two of his sons, Moses & Cornelius, they paying the
other heirs (9 in all) $517.33c each. - Receipts of the
heirs, on file in the Probate office, Middlesex.

Moses Stone to Cornelius Stone.

A quitclaim of all his "right, interest and estate" in the
farm at Sweet Auburn - "and it is the intention to release
the 2/3 ds of said farm, assigned to me and said Cornelius by the
Judge of Probate."

Cornelius Stone to Jane, Wife of Asaph Stone.
Conveys 150 acres, bounded Sy & Ey on Charles River, then
on a boundary line between Cambridge & Watertown, Ny on
Elb. Gerry, Thos Lee & Jonas Wyeth, Wy on David Stone, Joshua
Coolidge
, and Nathl Stone (excepting the dower assigned to
the widow of the late Moses Stone). being all the estate as-
signed to Moses & Cornelius Stone.
