Cornelius Stone died in 18
The Certificate of the Reg. of Prob. for Middlesex
is as follows.

"Middlesex. ss. In Probate Office. May 27 AD. 1825."

It appears by the Records & files in this office that
on the 17^thday of Feb.^y A.D. 1824. Nath. Stone of
Watertown, in said County was duly appointed Ad-
ministrator of the Goods & Estate of Cornelius Stone
late of the same Watertown, Yeoman, deceased,
and gave a Bond acceptable to the Judge for said
trust. - On the second day of March following
returned Inventory & made oath to the same; at
the same Court petitions for allowance to the
Widow, & obtained the same, being $500. - On the 18^th
of May following made affidavit of notice
on the 12^th day of Jan^y. A.D. 1825 settled acct.
with Judge of Prob. all persons interested having
certified their assent. At the same Court ob-
tained license to sell so much of the Real Estate
as would raise the sum of $3349.39^ct, besides
the sum of $30 - for incidental charges - filed
bond and made oath."

Deed recites that the provisions of the Statute had been complied
with conveyance of 49^ac. 34 rods - bounded as follows. Begin-
ning at the South West corner & running N.W^y. by land of Joshua
Coolidge, then more N^y. by land of heirs of David Stone and
