On motion it was

Voted: That the Committee of last year having
unfinished business be continued.

Neglected Logs Nos. 65. 186. 208.507.992. 1330.
The President presented a list 130 (prepared by
the Superintendent) of certain neglected Lots
numbered as follows: 65 - 186 - 208 - 507 - 992 & 1330,
after an explanation as to their condition & a
discussion as to what action should be taken
under Article VI of By Laws on motion of
Mr. Choate it was

Refd to Com. on Lots with full power.
Voted: that subject of the above named
neglected Lots 130. be referred to the Com. on Lots
with full power.

Rules and Regulations more strict enforcement of
With a view to the more strict enforcement
of the powers granted to the Superintendent under
the Rules & Regulations the President presented
the following Votes, 131. which after a full state-
ment were unanimously adopted:

Vote for purpose of
Voted: That the Superintendent be
directed to enforce strictly the Rules and Regulations
in regard to work done in the Cemetery by persons
not employed by the Corporation and that more
effectually to ensure his control over such work-
men and ensure obedience to his orders, that
all workmen engaged in the care & decoration
of Lots in the Cemetery by others than the Corporation,
be required to obtain a license from the Superintendent.
