Contribution to City of Cambridge
the sum of sixty dollars as a voluntary contribution
towards the expense of watering the streets in the vicinity
of the Cemetery for the year 1905; provided that the Treasurer
of said City sign a receipt for the same showing it to be
a voluntary contribution.

The following matters were referred to the Committee
on Lots:

Lot No. 225 Petition of Elizabeth F. Falls
A communication 439 from Marie Falls, stating that her
mother, Elizabeth F. Falls, is the owner of one-half of Lot
No. 225, which she inherited from her aunt one Maria Gill,
who bought it in 1836, and asking that the Board grant to
the said Elizabeth F. Falls and her heirs the right to make
interments in her half of said Lot without first ob-
taining the signature of one of the owners of the whole Lot
to an order of interment;

Lot No. 4439 Request for Repayment of Funds pd. for P. C. of Myrtle
A communication 440 from Elizabeth Comer, owner of Lot
No. 4429, asking that there be repaid to her the sum
of $40 paid , $65 paid and $65
paid , for the perpetual care of myrtle on
said Lot, for the reason as stated by her, that it has
been found impracticable to keep the myrtle that has
been planted thereon, in good condition;

Lot No. 5918 Request for Re-conveyance
And a request 441 from Eliza J. Levy for a reconveyance to
herself of Lot No. 5918 bought by her , and
re-conveyed by her to the Corporation in trust.
