The Monthly Meeting ws held, as notified, on

Present. The President, and Messrs. Cheever, Cum-
mings, Foster, Jones, Russell, Sawyer and Sears.

The records of the special meeting of ,
were read and approved

Contract Perpetual Care
The Committee on Lots recommended a contract
for the perpetual care of Lot #3904 with the heirs of
Caleb William Loring, the late proprietor, and the same
was approved by the Board.

Representative appointed
Voted that Mary A. Richards, of Cambridge, the
widow of the late proprietor be designated as Represent-
ative of Lot #4235.

Monthly Bills
The President reported, that he had examined
and approved the Schedule of Monthly Bills for , amounting to $3946.52, and that the same had
been thereupon paid by the Treasurer; and it was Voted
that the action of the President in this regard be fully
ratified and approved.
