In conformity with Article Second of the By Laws
the Committee of Lots Make the following
Report: They have attended to the duties therein
assigned them - they have personally inspected each
lot in charge of the corporation twice during the
year- Upon the list furnished the committee by the
Secretary in June last there were 147 lots which an uncle
the ^special care of the Corporation of these 113 are by contract
to be perpetually cared for and 34 upon which we are to
expend only the annual interest received on the Sums
deposited with the corporation by the respective proprietors
At our examinatino in June last 54 lots were found
to be more or less out of order which fact was duly reported
in detail to the Superintendent
Upon our Second examination in October last we found 67
lots which required the immediate attention of the Supt
