Dear Sir:

In regard to that part of your letter of November
15^th 1873 which refers to the Levelling of the graves & sodding around
Monument on Lot 636 Yarrow Pa Lemeul Pope prop^r; the Gardener
reports that the sod of the lot is in a very bad state.
Also that the cost of Levelling the graves &c will be ^$16⁰⁰

In my opinion it would be much better to resod the entire
Lot early in the spring at a cost of about ^$50⁰⁰ than
to expend 16⁰⁰ in patching which I am afraid would not
result satisfactorily. Please communicate to me your
opinion in the matter.
