Dear Sir:

The amount deposited
for the benefit of Lot ^#170 Laurel Ave
is insufficient to cover the extra ex-
pense of maintaining flowers in the
ornamental ground. By the original
understanding that ground was to be
kept in grass like a lawn; by mistake
flowers were put in last year by your
request, without my notifying you of
the above conditions. In consideration
of the above please inform us whether
you would wish to deposit a sum
sufficient to maintain the flowers or
would rather pay yearly the cost
of the same
