Dear Sir:

Your note concerning permits is
reveived. All persons not on your list as
having general permits must bring a special permit
for any and all work they intend to perform. I have,
as yet, no knowledge of a general permit being issued
Mr. O'Brien. When I am regularly informed that he
or any other person has obtained a general permit -
I will notify you to that effect, in order that
you may add him or them to your list.
