Dear Sir

There is a lot
next East of Lot #4343 and in the
rear of lot #4370 Vernonia path
which is 10 x 8 or rather can be
divided to make a lot of that size
which I will sell you for one
hundred and seventy five dollars-
This includes the corner posts & numbers
and also a good sod and there
will be no annual charge for
keeping the grass in order. This
would be large enough for four
interments and is quite near
to the gate.
