They further recommend that the Trustees report
to the Proprietors at the Annual Meeting their doings
in this respect, and in what manner the division into
classes has been made, in order that the Proprietors
in case they shall accept the fact, may then pro-
ceed to fill the vacancies caused by the decease of
Mr Little & the resignation or withdrawal of one
other Trustee, pursuant to the terms of the said act
