Dear Sir, With respect to the repairs upon the Superintendent's House, I had thought that the following would would be necessary or expedient.

1. Furnace needs new "pot," cleaning out, &c | |||

G. A small woodshed | Not acted upon | is required, say 10 feet x 15 feet. | |
H. The Barn | Remain for the present | should be moved its length or more away from the house, which it now nearly touches; the stable door and kitchen door opening very nearly opposite. | |
I. Both House and Barn | yes | to be new shingled. | |
K. The outside of the house | yes - now | might be painted more or less with advantage; but it can wait another year, if necessary. | |
L. The above does not cover all; | as skilful mechanics will detect various cracks & flaws, no doubt, which will add something to the above. My idea would be to put everything in order now, & I can keep it so. |
