Dear Sir,
With respect to the
repairs upon the Superintendent's House,
I had thought that the following would
would be necessary or expedient.

House
	A. Cellar.
			1. Furnace needs new "pot," cleaning out, &c
		? -	2. A partition wall in cellar, to make a cold cellar, with shelves, &c
		yes	3. New Steps & cellar door.
		yes	4. Small repairs to floor.
		yes	5. Whitewash throughout.
	B. 1st Floor.	yes	1. Paint, paper, & whitewash (entry paper is good.) throughout or nearly so.
		yes	new floor in kitchen, sink &etc ; 2. Library & Dining room floor relaid.
		yes	3. Back kitchen painted & whitewashed
	C. 2nd Floor.	yes	1. Paint & paper, except front chamber & entry.
		yes	2. Whitewash throughout.
	D. Attics.	yes	Paint, paper & whitewash all.
	E. There should be a bathroom	yes	set off ~~in back kitchen~~ in room over back kitchen.
	F. Fresh-Pond-water fixtures in
