MEMORANDUM TO PERSONNEL OFFICE

Subject: BADEN, Thomas L. (519-859) Sea. lc (R)

1. At 1700, 14 November, 1942 subject named man reported
aboard the CG-83320 at Morehead Section Base, Morehead, N. C. by
order of Coast Guard Liaison Officer, from the CG-83313 for assign-
ment to this unit.

2. This man was absent due to sickness from 0900, 12 January
until 1520, 3 February. Also during the month of February he was on
annual leave from 1200/17 - 1130/28.

3. This information is forwarded in accordance with tele-
phone conversation with above office on 8 March, 1943.
