All the boys have been getting packages
with fruit cake and candy. Chief was going around
asking people if they wanted to try about 25 lbs of
fruit cake. Of course he was talking about the cakes
we have been getting the last two days. He is a
sweel feelow and like to carry on like that.

We are all cleaned up again finished tonight
about 8 o'clock. We have handle around 1000 bags in the last
two days. Don't reckon we will have a long breathing
spell for this is the time of year for plenty of mail.

Guess I will be taking one last look at your
picture and go to bed. I think I can sleep tonight
I always do sleep good and have ever since since being
here.

I love the picture, your hair is behind your
ears like it was the first time I met you. Wish
I could be with you now. The picture makes
you seem so much nearer.
