not make use of their privilege granted by
His Majesty, the Administration does not object
the entrance of said negroes into this Province.
The Chief Accountant Don Juan Ventura Morales
also requests an information from the Fiscal of
Royal Revenues Don Filbert Leonard who
informs that due to the fact that said negroes
are entirely wild and the inconveniences suffered
by the Petitioner, confirms the General Administrator's
report.
Morales ordered the Custom house Officer Don
Jose Navarro to acknowledge said negroes who
informed that said negroes are bush negroes
although one negress understands a few English
word, who may had learnt during the month she was here.
