Winds and weather permitting you are hereby directed to weigh
anchor & come into the Inner Roads _ A Pilot for which is now sent
As the Melencholy circumstance respecting the Persian
Embassador has been made known to his friends here _ you now may
allow the Country Boats to come along side & Your own Boat and
People to come on Shore whenever You think proper & from this date
there is no occasion for Your interference with any Vessels that may arrive
As Specified in your first order

The Vessel now in sight to the Southd. You will on her entering the Outer
Roads, order your Boat with an Officer to board her as soon as possible to prevent her
having any communication with the Shore Boats or Shore _ [Desere] the Commander
of the Vessel to deliver up to you all her Packets & Letters she may have for this
Place, which you will enclose in a bag & send on Shore to me _ enquire from
where She has come & if the Body of the Embassador is on board _
The intelligence you may receive acquaint Me of in writing _
Nobody on board the Vessel is to have any communication with the Shore untill
You receive further instructions from Me _
The acompanying letter you will deliver
to the Commander of the Vessel
