My Dear Boy

Your letter of the 28th
giving the pleasing intelligence
that Mama "is better" [second?]
this day. I have another letter
of yours with acknowledged. I
have been a little uncertain
where to send as tuesday
of this week had been initiation
for your adventure from House.

I hope mama will
be well enough to join
me at [Homburg?]. My time
will in up here next Wednesday.

I am doing fairly well last
night had trouble with
the back of my head.
