Mrs. Kate-C. Russell
dear sister
I write to let you no
when I am so if you
ever took a notion to
write you would know
which to send your letter
I am not doing much
for my self trying to
make a [illegible] can't see
much though my eyes are
better now than they
were when I came [illegible]
I haven't heard from
sis in some time I don't
no whire she is now I never
git-any letter from any
of you but I am to write
some times Ed hasn't [illegible]
to me in over a year, you and
May hardly ever writes Sis
has bin writing tolerably
often until the last fiw
months she was at [illegible]
an I wrote this but got no answer
so I don't no
whin to write to her
