Light house Reservation at Yaquina Bay, I would respectfully call you attention to the fact that the deed calls for about 36 acres of land, while the laws of Oregon (act approved Octo 29th 1870) provide for the purchase by the United States of only 20 acres in one tract. ??? cession of jurisdiction is certainly limited to 20 acres even if the government purchased more.
