30: [continued from previous page] U.S. Steamer Manzanita left Yaquina bay and sailed South to supply stations south of this light.

31: Light wind to moderate and fresh breeze N.West these 24 hours with clear fine weather but a little smokey. Sea smooth. Keeper putting the supply of Oil in Oil house. 2nd went to Newport. Oliber hauling supplies. Keeper and 1st ass't showing visitors in tower. Had 11 visitors.
