as most of the boys in Commons indeed there are but three or four that have spent less. One thing is that every thing is [hihger hilo] tax club tax and school tax so that while I will own that I have spent a good deal I cannot say that I have been extravagant. My health continues good and I hope will remain so until I return before I go if I have time I will write I wish would be done with my things in case I do not come back alive. I wish when you write you would tell me (ie if you should happen to know) wether Mr. Hay ward went off when the 1000 conscripts were sent off or not If you have any old newspapers that you have no use for I should like them to read. My time is up so I must close. Please remember me
