The paper being prepared for the Press, & much matter having been taken from the type, to make room fro the New French Constitution, I was informed it could not appear untill Thursday; it will then be published. The statement respecting Mr Gerry's attendance upon our Convention and also his opposing the Constitution in Convention at Philadelphia is perfectly correct. The whole performance appears to me to possess great merit.
