as usual and adjourned (Chase being proposed as a
member. Voted that there be no performances
the last nor the first Wednesday in the term -
Nov. 5th Met performed as was appointed and ad-
journed. Voted that there be 2 debates on each
evening & 2 only perform on each debate, the
question to be decided by themselves & made
by them to be submitted to the Prest for his rejec-
tion or acceptance -
Nov. 12th Society met according to adjournment,
chose Nathaniel Keys President, Wm. Cook
Vice President, Oliver Emerson Librarian, also
Henery B Holmes & Calvin Butler to propose
members to the Society J Bointon to take charge
of the lamps etc. [Illegible] attended to these -
post. of the Vice President. and afterward the ad-
dess of the President. Voted that both be accepted.
