Dec? 7th sabbat forenoon fine and plesant
went to Mr Woodbriglys Prespeterian Church partook of the Lords
supper & returned to the ship. afternoon & Evening rainy with strong wind from sE? to ?V. i had a verry severe pain in my side caused from the fall think i am hurt bad internally
8th fine weather Clear & Cool commenced to load. I think my side is better. recd a Letter from my much esteemed friend Mr. Haller they were all well a great blessing.
9th first pank? plesant took in 2195 sacks of wheat which unflets? the stibbning? we will go to oakland to complete the Load-ing. Latter pank? raising? my side is better but still verry lame
10th fine weather at 7 a m tugboat came along side & we cast off from the dock & towed to Oakland at 11 a.m. commenced to take cargo from the steamer City of stockton 3640 sacks
