Now in and about the stables and premises of numbers one and two Fire
Stations in this City and also all the shovels, hay forks, brooms, horse brushes, curry
combs, sponges, bibs and all other stable utensils now in use or being in the said
stables or upon the said premises.

The Chairman from the Committee on Parks brought up a Report
(number 1193 Book G) which was read and adopted.

The Chairman from the Committee on Printing brought up a
report (number 1194 Book G) which was read and adopted.

Ald Carson introduced A By Law to authorize the construction of a common
sewer in a part of Montreal street in the City of Kingston as a Local improvement
under the provisions of the Municipal Act in that behalf which was read a first
time.

The 30th Rule was suspended and the Council went into Committee
of the whole on the second reading.

Ald Curtis in the Chair.

The Council resumed.

The Committee rose and the Chairman reported the second reading
of the By Law clause by clause.

The report was received.

The 30th Rule was again suspended and the By Law was read a
third time and passed.

Ald Carson introduced "A By Law to make provisions
for the watering of the streets within certain areas in the City of Kingston and
to define the said areas for the year 1894" which was read a first time.

The 30th Rule was suspended and the Council went into
Committee of the whole on the second reading.

Ald Gaskin in the Chair.

The Council resumed.

The Committee rose and the Chairman reported the second reading of
the By Law clause by clause as amended.

The report was received.

The 30th Rule was again suspended and the By Law was read
a third time, and passed.

Ald. Gaskin introduced "A By Law to raise by way
of loan the sum of $311.93 for the purposes therein mentioned" which
was read a first time.

The 30th Rule was suspended and the Council went
into Committee of the whole on the second reading.
