of wanton mischief committed upon Professor
Smith's House, resolved that they shall be admonished
in Public Hall by the Principal,
that they shall jointly with the other person
concerned, pay the expense of repairing the
damage done to Professor Smith's House on
occasion of the gross assault above named—
thay previoously to their re-entering their respective
Classes, they shall severally pay a
fine into the College Fund through the Senatus
Academicus, viz; John Benson of Three Pounds,
and Lowther McPherson of Two Pounds—and
that the present Session shall not be counted
as a Session in their Curriculuim for a Degree,
unless their respective Professors shall be able at
the close of the Session to present to the Senatus
Academicus such a report of their diligence
