Present Principal Snodgrass, Professor Horatio Yates,
Fowler, Lavell, Bell and Mowat.

The Principal stated that he had called the
meeting to hear a charge against a student. The charge
was read, and after preliminary consideration and engaging
Professor Bell asked leave to withdraw it, which was granted.

The meeting was closed with the benediction.

This day the Senate met and was constituted. Present
the Principal in the chair, Professors Mowat, Fowler, Bell and
Murray.

The minutes of the two previous meeting were read
and sustained.
