Marques [margin]term for MA[/margin] In accordance with the reports of the respective Committees the Senate sustained the Theses of Messrs Cattanach and McCallum [margin]Prize essays[/margin] In accordance with the reports of the respective Committees appointed to examine the Prize Essays the Senate found that the following Essays were entitled to Prizes: Lewis - Qui amat nil celat Kasphorden - Lola nobilitas virtuo Sherburn - How much solitude so much power Mr Bean - "Le Diable" Almonte - Nil desperandum [margin]subjects for prize essays for 1881-2 [/margin] The following essays were chosen for Prize Essays to be ocmpeted for next session: 1. Lewis - M at 6.9-13, to 25 2. Almonte - Best model of prayer for forenoon service, $25 3. Carmichael - The Stationary steam engine and Locomotive - $25 4.
