Repeated representations
have been made to the
Authorities in times on this
subject, both by the Magristrates
and Residents of the District
generally, but we regret to
add without obtaining the
redress so much sort after.

We respectfully submit,
after mature consideration, that
the only effectual remedy
for the evil complained of,
is the appointment of
Stipendary Magistrate who
should also perform the duties
of Clerk of the Bench,
