I was attorney for Kays on his trial and for this reason feel some
reluctance in granting any Certificate at the same time I may mention
that I have Hovever Mrs Kays since her first Husbands death and
I knw her to be a very deserving person and all that I could discover
regarding Kays at the time of his Trial was corroborative of what
I have, ^had occasion to observe is an excedingly irritating
provoking person particularly when under the influence of liquor.
