badly wounded and was in Hospital in London for some time so when I found he was improving and coming home in the S.S. Ormonde I took the house in Subiaco for a home for him then two of my daughters, one with her husband who came from Adelaide. So here I am now at the age of eighty one years living comfortable and contented in my Subiaco home, and none the worse for my seafaring career. And I dare say I might have missed a little on account of it being so many years. But I may say that what is written n this book is founded on facts.
