Dear Rotarian Quick:

I thank you so much for your letter of 13th November l. year in which you ask for a small
stone to the boys building in Greenville.

The stone was sent you some time ago and yesterday I did forward to you some illustrated
reading material that will give you some useful
information about Norway and our town Trondhjem[underlined in squiggly line]
(not Nidaros, thank you!)

In spite of protest from all the citizens[?] of
[Trondhjem], our Parliament last year forced upon us
the old Catholic-clerical name[?] of this place, wich was
"Nidaros". We now have to protect our home and our
traditions which is connected[?] with the older and always
used name: Trondhjem[?] against this usurpation.
