We Dolphus Gardner and John Mickel
Linsey Black agree to pay to the State of Alabama Too Hundred
dollars unless he, the said Dolphus Gardner appear at the next
term of the Circuit Court of Shelby county, and from term to term thereafter until
discharged by law, to answer an indictment pending in said court against him for
Selling Liqor To Slaves
