{Est of} Estate of French Nabors deceased
This day came Sarah E. Nabors and E.S. Lyman as
{Order setting} administratrix and administrator of said Estate and filed their
{day to hear petition} application in writing and under oath, praying for an
{for sale of land} order and proceedings to sell certain real estate in said
petition described the property of said decedent, for
the purpose of paying the debts and to discharge
the liens thereon--and it appearing from said
petition that the only heirs of said estate are Sarah E.
Nabors, widow, F. May Lyman, wife of E.S. Lyman,
French Nabors Jr L.N. Nabors Burr Nabors Jr and Welton
Nabors, all of whom are over twenty-one years of age
except Burr Nabors Jr. and Welton Nabors, each of whom
is over 14 years if age. It is therefore ordered that
J.H. Hammond who is deemed by the Court a fit and
proper person and who is not related to the petitioner,
be, and is hereby appointed guardian ad litem for the
said Burr Nabors and Welton Nabors and that the 31st
day of Jany 1898, be and is hereby appointed a day for
hearing the said application and the proofs which may
be submitted in support of the same. It is further
ordered that due notice of the nature of said application
and of the time above set for hearing thereof, be given at
least forty days before said day of hearing by posting
notice at the Court House door and three other public places
in the County for all persons in interest to appear and
contest said application, if they think proper. It is
further ordered that F. May Lyman, French Nabors Jr.
L.N. Nabors, Burr Nabors Jr. and Welton Habors and
J.H. Hammond guardian ad litem have notice
of this proceeding and of the day set for hearing
the same, by citation to be served personally upon
them at least ten days before the day for hearing

In the matter of the Estate of John Jones, Deceased
{Decree on petition} This being the day heretofore set to hear and determine
{to sell real Estate} the petition of Sallie May Lanham, admx of the Estate
of John Jones, deceased, for an order to sell certain lands
hereinafter descrbed, for the purpose of making an
equitable division among the heirs and for the
maintenance and education of the heirs who are both minors
