between the hours of eleven o'clock in the forenoon and
four o'clock in the afternoon of said day, at public vendue
to the highest bidder, after having first given notice of the
day, place and terms of said sale, and a description of the
property, for 3 successive weeks, by posting notice at the
Court House door and 3 other public places in said County
and that he make report of said sale to this Court
within 60 days after the same is made, It is further
ordered that said sale be made on the following

And now on this day comes James M Gowen as
{Order setting day} Guardian of the Estates of Mary and Willie Elliot, minors
{for settlement} and renders his resignation as such Guardian, and
presents to the Court, under oath his accounts and vouchers
for the final settlement of his guardianship in form as
required by law. It is thereupon ordered that said account
vouchers, evidence and statement be placed on file for
inspection of all concerned and that the 14th day of Feby
1898, be set for examining and auditing said account,
and that notice of the filing of said account and
vouchers, and the day set for hearing the same, be
given by posting for three successive weeks, notice
at the Court House door and three other public places
in said County, notifying all persons interested to be
and appear before this County, on the said 14th day of
Feby 1898, to show cause, if any, why said account should
not be allowed; and it appearing that said Mary and Willie
Elliot are yet minors, it is further ordered that J.H.
Hammons be and he hereby is appointed guardian ad
