{Huckabel} The State of Alabama } In Probate Court
{CC and Kate} Shelby County } Special Term, Feby 5th 1898
{Minors,} In the matter of the Estate of CC and Kate
Huckabel, minors,--

{Order setting} And now, on this day comes Mrs Zoe Huckabel,
{day for settlement} as Guardian of the Estates of CC and Kate Huckabel, minors
and presents to the Court, under oath her account and
vouchers for a partial settlement of her guardianship
in form as required by law. It is thereupon ordered
that said account, vouchers evidence and statement be
placed on file for inspectiothisn of all concerned, and that the
7th day of March, 1898, be set for examining and auditing said
account and that notice of the filing of said account
and vouchers, and the day set for hearing the same, be
given by posting notice for three successive weeks at the Court
House door and three other public places in said County
notifying all persons interested to be and appear before this
Court, on the 7th day of March, 1898, to show cause, if any,
why said account should not be allowed; It is further
ordered that P.L. Abernathy be and he hereby is appointed
guardian ad litem to represent and defend the interests
of said minors in all matters pertaining to this
settlement, and that the said P.L Abernathy have notice of this
his appointment as said Guardian ad litem and of the
day above set for hearing.

In the matter of Joseph T Dorough
{Order passing [?]} Deceased, W.F. Thetford Jr Administrator de bonis non.

This being the day heretofore appointed by the Court
for auditing and settling the accounts and vouchers of said
W.F. Thetford Jr administrator de bonis non for the settlement
of said estate, and publication having been made as prescribed
at a former Term, the Court proceeds to hear and determine
the same. No one appearing to contest the same,
except CW O'Hara the Guardian ad Litem heretofore
appointed, who appeared and defended on behalf of the
minor heirs at law of said decedent William
Dorough [blank space] Dorough daughter of Joseph Dorough
Deceased, Sallie Lowry, Dora Lowery, Martha Lowery
and Minnie Lowery, And it appearing from said
account that said W.F. Thetford Jr as administrator
de bonis non has received in money and is chargable
with the sum of Seventy dollars and no cents,
