said sale, and a description of the property for 3
successive weeks by posting of the sale of the land in Shelby
County, at the Court House door and three other public
places in Shelby County; of the sale of land in County
of Bibb at the Court House door and three other public
places in Bibb County and of lands in Jefferson at the
Court House door and three other public places in
Jefferson Co.--And that he make report of said sale to this
Court within sixty days after the same is made.
It is further ordered that said sale be made on the
following terms, viz: One half cash, and the balance on
a credit of twelve months from date of sale, with
good and sufficient surety as provided by law.
And it is further ordered that said petition be

{Minors} Shelby County, } Special Term Feby 5th 1898

In the matter of the Estate of Minnie Acton and Ada
{Order setting day} Acton, minors--now Minnie Camp and Ada Bailey
{for settlement} And now, on this day, comes R.M. Deshazo as Executor
of the Estate of John Caldwell deceased who was guardian
of the above named minors and presents to the Court under
oath his account and vouchers for the final settlement
of the said Guardianship of John Caldwell, deceased, and
therewith also presents, under oath, a statement of the
names, ages, residence and condition of the heirs and
distributees of said estate, in form as required by law.
It is thereupon ordered that said account vouchers,
evidence and statement be placed on file for inspection
of all concerned and that the 14th day of March, 1898 be
set for examining and auditing said account, and that
notice of the filing of said account and vouchers, and
the day set for hearing the same, be given by posting, for
three successive weeks at the Court House door and three
other public places in said county and that citation be
issued to the said Minnie Camp and her husband [blank space]
Camp and Ada Bailey and her husband [blank space] Bailey
notifying them to be and appear before this Court, on
the said 14th day of March 1898, to show cause, if any
why said account should not be allowed.
